It was obvious from our inital meeting that Natalie and Chris had grand plans for their wedding celebration. As the pre event consultation unfolded we agreed on an ambitious plan to wash Devonshire Terrace with mood lighting, and for themselves and their guests to be greeted by beautiful large light up letters and to be given the red carpet treatment. As well as a wide range of Guest Requests for the music Natalie asked for a good set of late 80s/early 90s house and dance tunes later in the evening - see the full playlist below.
My overall service to Natalie and Chris, more than just a Wedding DJ London, was

Reception Party DJ
As guests arrived the bridal couple and guests were welcomed and served by the excellent and very attentive staff of Devonshire Terrace and shortly thereafter guests were sat for the Wedding Breakfast. The internal rooms were set as follows, and the mood lighting complemented the colour scheme perfectly.
The afternoon wedding breakfast was very convivial and as requested by Natalie and Chris, I played a mix of swing, jazz, big band and Rhythm & Blues which is fabulous for creating a social ambience & convivality - see the full playlist below. The speeches were held before the meal and we then moved seamlessly to the evening reception party where I gradually picked up the tempo of the music; moving on through Motown and Soul and then chart music.
For their First Dance Natalie and Chris had selected Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud, an increasingly popular tune at weddings - great lyrics.
We moved from here to a Bride and Father of the Bride dance, with everyone joining the floor and then on into the evening party. The mood lights for the bar were switched to be more dynamic rather than fixed to blue. It helped change the atmosphere perfectly.
