This was a grand affair for the members of the oldest golf club in England - The Royal Blackheath Golf Club (also known as Eltham Lodge) - where I am the preferred supplier for music and lighting. Club Captain Tim and his wife Lorraine wanted a very special welcome for their guests and so I arranged for
external coloured lighting to the front of Eltham Lodge
candles for the front steps
mood lighting throughout the ground floor, stairs and top landing
welcoming music for the drinks reception (see the full playlist below)
party DJ, with a 2am finish
Adding archirtectural lighting and real candles to the venue entrance immediately creates a special impact as guest arrive. Catching the mood early is something I would recommend for every event.
The mood was continued into the front reception area and throughout the venue - ground floor, stairwell and first floor landing.
The guests were well looked after by their hosts, Club Captain Tim and wife Lorraine; good hosting of course is critical for a great event.
With a lovely welcoming ambience and good hosts a great party generally ensues, and this night was no different......lots of good dancing.
