Lauren grew up in this charming Sussex town, hence the many attendees making the journey down from London and elsewhere. The weather was warm and sunny, and the venue looked amazing. For Lauren and Daniel I was supplying my All Day Classic service, playing music for all stages of their wedding - ceremony to reception party. In addition I also supplied by MC services to enable the smooth running of the event.
From the musical angle Lauren and Daniel asked for the following influences (see the full playlist below) while also allowing me scope to go with the flow
classical for the Ceremony as guests arrive
a mix of swing, film themes, Disney tunes for the Drinks Reception
Swing, jazz, and similar for the Wedding Breakfast background
a varied mix for the Evening Reception Party, incorporating requests from themselves and their guests
Daniel is a big Star Wars fan. Inevitably some top tunes were included in the mix, as well as being used for the grand entrance of the bride and room to the wedding breakfast. Lauren and Daniel's bridal colour scheme was mint green and light Cadburys purple, and these colours were reflected in the mood lighting for the evening reception party.
