"Where do I start... Jules is an absolute saint. We’re not long back from our honeymoon, following the best wedding ever. 

From the first time we spoke on the phone, I had a good feeling. This was confirmed when Jules took the time to meet with us at our reception venue, before booking. I must comment that we felt in no way pressured to book his service’s in the lead up to our meeting. He took the time to get to know both myself and Laurence which a lot of suppliers don’t seem to do. 

We’ve had so many compliments about the music (we have a sweet spot for 70’s/80’s), the gorgeous light up dance floor, the pink mood lighting, the sound system... the list goes on. Most importantly, people commented on how smooth the whole evening went - this was thanks to Jules. 

As a bride, we stress... doesn’t matter how ‘low key’ we think our wedding will be. Whenever I had a freak out, Jules was only an email or text away. I was also reassured by his communication with the lovely ladies at The Ship & Whale."

We had a challenging venue across 3 floors of a pub but he coped brilliantly with the set-up. One thing I thought was especially nice was his online portal for guests to add song requests - especially because my husband and I could review the requests and weed out any cheesy ones! :) Great communication up to the event and he came out to meet us at the venue beforehand. “It was great having Jules DJ at our wedding! Firstly because of his great communication throughout the booking process and the detailed information he sent over regarding the service he provided and secondly because of the online playlist he has which means we could request in advance all of the songs we love and even put a ban on all of the songs that we didn’t want to hear! He accepted song requests throughout the evening, gauging our guests to see which genre of music was most preferred to keep the party going into the evening. We even received some fab photos of everyone dancing the next day which was a lovely touch and allowed us to see some moments of the night we didn’t notice at the time. Sorry it has taken us a few days to get back to you - been so busy with the family! I'm sure you've bore witness to the size of our family combined and we are actually sending the last batch off to Heathrow tomorrow morning and as I type this, I can't believe its been almost a week since that epic night!

Honestly, we can't thank you enough for literally THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. Ian and I felt so relaxed throughout the whole day (and even during the week leading up to it, we were really confident with your choices and suggestions and had no doubt that you would bring the whole event together so perfectly with the music you've played!) Thanks for pointing out that even the sun came out for me as I walked down the aisle because honestly, the only thing I remembered was the music (I really did!) and my overwhelmed groom at the end of the aisle! I'm sure this email and most certainly this card attached below from our groomsman, will bear testament to your excellent service because most of my guests still feel like they've left a piece of themselves at the dance floor that very evening. I don't think I've been to a party where the dance floor was constantly occupied till the end, not one but SEVERAL dance-offs, and you've even got our aunts and grandaunts (eldest aged 80) telling us of newfound aches in their feet from dancing to your selected tunes!

I don't know whether you've caught on or not but at least 3-4 couples of our friends who attended last weekend are also getting married at various points during the next 12 months and we've already started spreading the good word and we do hope we get to see you in action again at some point!

"We found Jules to be both very personal and clearly very passionate about the service he delivered. No stone was left unturned as we talked about the location for the event, our plans for the evening and both music/lighting options. 

Between meetings, right up until the night, Jules was excellent in his communication and gave us some useful recommendations on evening coordination based on his experience.

On the night itself Jules delivered; creating a brilliant atmosphere in the room with his use of mood lighting as well as delivering an excellent mix of both requested and relevant tracks. We had a masquerade ball theme for the evening and it was great to see him in on the act himself, sporting both smart tuxedo and ball mask.

In conclusion we’d like to both thank Jules for his service and would recommend him highly for any couple planning their wedding and considering wedding DJ options.
